Will this cartridge fit my water filter jug?

Each product page clearly lists the jugs and cartridge systems it is designed to fit (for example Brita® Maxtra+, Dafi Unimax, Aqua Optima, and other compatible pitchers). As long as your jug appears in that compatibility list, you are safe to use that filter. If you are unsure or your jug is not listed, email us a quick photo and the brand/model name and we will confirm it for you before you buy.

What is the filtration technology inside?

We use a high-performance multi-stage filtration system. This includes premium Activated Carbon and Ion-Exchange Resin. This combination is specifically designed to reduce Chlorine, Limescale (water hardness), and heavy metals such as Lead, Cadmium, and Copper, resulting in crisp, clean-tasting water.

Are these filters certified and safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our priority. Our filters are manufactured in a facility with over 20 years of industry experience and hold major global certifications, including NSF/ANSI 42 & 53, LFGB (German Food Safety), and RoHS compliance. They are also 100% BPA-Free and tested for (EC) 1935/2004 food-grade safety standards.

How often should I replace the filter?

Each cartridge has a filtration capacity of approximately 160 litres. For the best taste and hygiene, we recommend replacing the filter every 4 weeks. The flow rate is optimized at approximately 1 litre every 3 minutes to ensure thorough purification.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

All orders are fulfilled locally in Ireland using An Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Most customers receive their filters within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

We accept returns on all unused cartridges that remain in their original, sealed foil packaging. Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for filters that have been opened or used. Please check our full Return Policy for details on how to start a return.
