These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of WaterCartridge.com and to any purchases you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Identity

WaterCartridge.com is a business operating and fulfilling orders from the Republic of Ireland. We are an independent retailer of universal water filtration products. All orders are dispatched locally to ensure fast domestic delivery.

2. Product Compatibility & Accuracy

Our cartridges are marketed as "universal" replacements. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our compatibility guides, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for their specific device before breaking the hygiene seal.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our Irish warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart. We primarily use An Post for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Due to the hygiene nature of water filtration products, we accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed foil packaging. You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of WaterCartridge.com. You may not reproduce or use any of our materials without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterCartridge.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
