At WaterCartridge.com, we strive to get your clean water filters to you as quickly and securely as possible. All our domestic orders are proudly fulfilled through An Post.

1. Delivery Locations
Currently, we provide nationwide shipping across the Republic of Ireland. We do not offer international shipping outside of Ireland at this time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish bank holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully handed over to An Post.
3. Shipping Rates & Cart Capacity
To ensure fair pricing, our shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the total contents of your cart. Our current shipping rates are displayed below:

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard An Post deliveries within Ireland generally take 1 to 3 business days. Please note that these are estimated times provided by the carrier. Unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or seasonal peak periods (e.g., Christmas), may cause slight delays outside of our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
Depending on the size of your order and the specific An Post service used (Packet vs. Parcel), full end-to-end tracking may not always be available for the smallest parcels. If your order includes a tracking number, it will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
6. Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your delivery has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please double-check with your local An Post sorting office, as they may be holding it if you were not home. If it is still missing, contact us at info@watercartridge.com with your order number, and we will investigate it immediately.
7. Incorrect Address & Returned Deliveries
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address (including Eircode) is 100% accurate at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us by An Post due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by you, or if it was left uncollected at a sorting office, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee to send it out again.
